The PeakTech 4935 is a handy infrared thermometer with an excellent price-performance ratio that uses a laser to measure the surface temperature quickly, easily, and accurately. The laser can be aimed at hot surfaces or moving objects, allowing the operator to easily capture the temperatures to be measured from a safe distance. The device is activated by a trigger and performs an accurate temperature measurement (resolution of 0.1°C) in an instant. The three function keys next to the display switch between °C and °F, activate the laser, and the backlight of the display.
